Methods: Blood routine test kits, as well as liquid scintillation counting instrument and flow cytometry on white blood cell classification, immunoglobulins, cytokines, cord blood T-cell antigen surface markers and NK activity of cord blood nucleated cells were determined. Results: Compared with adults, the immune components in peripheral blood compared to fetal cord blood IgA and IgE were significantly reduced, IgG no significant change; umbilical plasma G  CSF and GM  CSF for adult peripheral blood, respectively 11.37 percent and 15.81 times, TNF slightly lower than adult peripheral blood; close to adult peripheral blood neutrophil low-value, middle and late promyelocytic cell number was significantly lower than adult peripheral blood lymphocytes and adult peripheral blood rather, NK cell activity is also slightly lower than that of adult peripheral blood; cord blood T-cell subsets CD3, CD4 and CD8 cell count less than adult peripheral blood, while CD34, and CD45RA cells were higher than those of adult peripheral blood.
