 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 7 Analysis of surgical treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture [Abstract] Objective: To explore the traumatic experience of surgical treatment of diaphragmatic rupture and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 18 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture, and the patient’s injuries mechanisms, diagnosis and surgical treatment after the methods and prognosis analysis. Results: 18 patients underwent repair all cured, in which two cases of postoperative empyema, gastric fistula in 1 case, wound infection in 2 cases, subphrenic abscess in 1 case.
