 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Arthroscopic surgery with small incision gluteal muscle contracture [Abstract] [Objective] To evaluate the arthroscopic treatment of gluteal muscle contracture method. [Method] A total of 16 cases in this group of patients with bilateral gluteal muscle contracture, through the fascia contracture before and after the margin of a small skin incision, separation of deep fascia contracture, shallow body and implanted devices self-organize to protect, in the arthroscopic contracture under the surveillance of the fascia with the electrocautery hook to cut off at the same time loosen the muscles of the contracture of the hip belt. [Results] The whole group follow-up of 4 ~ 6  5 years, the fine rate was 100%, 3 cases of incision scar; incision subcutaneous fluid in 1 case, without any complications. [Conclusion] The arthroscopic surgery with small incision of gluteal muscle contracture of good efficacy, trauma and few complications.
