[Methods] 100 patients were randomly divided into RVVC Integrative Medicine treatment group (treatment group) and the control group of 50 cases. both groups were sensitive to drugs under intensive treatment and consolidation treatment for 6 months, the treatment group in the consolidation cycle of treatment of early treatment with traditional Chinese medicine plus 2 months to observe long-term efficacy and on vaginal immunity. [Results] A total of 86 cases of 100 patients completed follow-up, 42 patients in treatment group and control group 44 cases, follow-up rate was 86%. follow-up time of 13 to 32 months. the treatment group and control group recurrence rates were 35 7% (15/42), 65 9% (29/44), the difference was significant (P lt;0 05). treatment group and control group, the average recurrence time was (8 2 + -3 7) months, (2 6 + -2 2) months, the difference was significant (P lt;0 05). disturbance in patients treated with vaginal fluid factor (IFN ) was significantly lower (compared with before treatment, P lt;0 05), but the control group, IFN and the two groups of interleukin 4 (IL 4 levels before and after treatment the difference was not significant (Pgt; 0 05). [Conclusion] The Chinese cycle therapy can significantly improve patients with vaginal RVVC cellular immune function and reduce the recurrence rate and prolong time to recurrence, thereby enhancing the long-term effect RVVC.
