Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in October 2008 ~ August 2009 220 cases of laparoscopic surgery, 200 cases of hysteroscopic surgery, surgery using appropriate position surgery and anesthesia. The results can successfully complete the surgery, anesthesia, and position to avoid the complications resulting from the inappropriate. Conclusion proper position of the setting and surgical anesthesia for the choice of surgical operation is not only beneficial but also to ensure the safety of patients .
