Methods: In 2006, select 60 cases of simple breast disease, clinical path management. And in 2005 50 cases of simple breast disease from medical expenses, hospitalization days, Grade wound healing rate and patient satisfaction were analyzed. Results: The simple breast disease significantly lower medical costs, health care quality has improved significantly improve patient satisfaction. Conclusion: The clinical pathway will help improve the scientific management of the hospital clinical departments standardize the diagnosis and treatment can significantly lower medical costs, enhance patient satisfaction. Method: 60 cases simple mammary gland disease with the management of clinical pathway as the treatment group in 2006, and 50 cases in past 2005 as the control group. To observe the difference of total expense, average hospitalization day, the satisfactory appraisement of patient.Result: The management of clinical pathway can reduce the medical cost and the average hospitalization day and increase the the satisfactory appraisement of patient obviously. Conclusion: The scientific management of clinical pathway can increase the level of diagnosis and treatment favourablly,, reduce the medical cost and increase the satisfactory appraisement of patient.
