Results There scalp injury in 23 cases; a skull fracture in 6 cases; 7 cases of primary brain injury; 11 cases of secondary brain injury; 2 cases of complications and sequelae; mild head injury in 11 cases; severe traumatic brain injury for 9 cases. Conclusion conducting brain injury diagnosis and treatment, should consider various factors and injury consequences of injuries, according to the injured medical history and laboratory examinations, CT and so on to determine the diagnosis and treatment plan in order to ensure their accuracy.
