Methods March 2006 to June 2009 interlocking nail treatment of fresh tibial fractures of 23 patients were retrospectively analysis of open fractures, 3 cases were Gustilo ~ type of injury, 20 cases of closed fractures. surgical C-arm fluoroscopy with positioning closed reduction under the practices, interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. After 3 days starting immediately adjacent to the joint function in patients activity and limb 5 ~ 8 kg of part of the load. Results in 19 patients 4 to 6 months after clinical healing, no delayed union or nonunion, 1 case of wound infection, 1 case of broken distal locking screw, 2 shortening of limbs. All cases were recovered near normal function of joints. Conclusion after using the manual reduction of static interlocking nail fixation for the treatment of fresh fractures, fracture fixation is stable and reliable, less damage, less damage to blood supply is conducive to fracture healing process is an effective treatment of tibial fracture methods.
