 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 23 Combined cytogenetic nested RT PCR and FISH to detect the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia in the process of tumor burden Author: Wang Huiping Li-Xia Qiao Zhenhua Wang Hongwei Abstract This study investigated the conventional cytogenetics (conventional cytogenetics, CC), nested reverse transcriptase  polymerase chain reaction (nested  reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction, nested  RT  PCR) and two-color dual-fusion fluorescence in situ hybridization (dual  color and dual  fusion fluorescence in situ hybridization, D  FISH) three kinds of technology for monitoring of chronic myeloid leukemia (chronic myeloid leukemia, CML) in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of tumor load sensitivity and specificity. Combined CC, nested RT  PCR, and D  FISH three kinds of technology to seven cases of CML in patients with non-myeloablative allogeneic stem cell transplantation before and after treatment to detect the level of tumor burden. Test results showed that: 7 cases of CML patients before and after treatment of 40 bone marrow samples, 29 samples were detected in different rates of Ph chromosome; three were due to fewer cells in CC analysis of failures; 36 specimens RT  PCR test results positive.
