Methods 65 patients with stage Ⅲ elderly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group 35 cases, entire X-line three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy DT (40 ~ 52) Gy / (3 ~ 4) weeks, (3 ~ 4) Gy / times, 5 times / week; chemotherapy, Zefei 1000mg/m2, week 1, and even 3 weeks (No. 1,8,15 days static points).
