Methods Retrospective analysis of l2 cases of brain abscess in patients with congenital heart disease with clinical data and imaging findings, including 8 males and 4 females. Minimum age 15 months, maximum age of 26 years, an average of 10 years 7 months. 12 patients underwent CT examination, 3 routine MRI examination. Results 12 patients and France 9 cases of tetralogy of Fallot, pulmonary stenosis and patent foramen ovale in 1 case, ventricular septal defect in 1 case, great vessels transposition in 1 case. Site has occurred parietal, occipital, occipital, and the amount of top-parietal lobe. CT scan as a low-density abscess of the center, surrounded by a complete or incomplete can be seen such as density, ring, ring wall enhanced scan showed marked enhancement. MR showed mixed long T1 long T2 signal enhancement and a more uniform thickness can be seen to strengthen the ring wall, multi-shaped reinforced with housing distribution.
