Methods continuous veno - venous hemofiltration (CVVH) method, 21 cases of MODS patients (October 2002 ~ December 2004) before and after treatment within the environment changes, hemodynamic parameters, oxygenation index, liver and renal function as well as the APACHE-Ⅱ score changes. Results CVVH treatment of corrected water-electrolyte and acid-base disorders, to improve the internal environment, improve oxygenation index, stable blood pressure and reduce the amount of vasoactive medicinal. Inflammatory mediators and can be filtered. After treatment the overall APACHE-Ⅱ score significantly lower than that before treatment. Conclusion critically ill patients, in particular, the existence of multiple organ dysfunction, continuous blood purification through the internal environment of the fine adjustment of multiple organ dysfunction may play a role in supportive care and improve the prognosis.
