Methods using gas chromatography  mass spectrometry analysis of samples identified the use of an area owned by a determination of their relative concentration. The results of gas chromatography  mass spectrometry identified a total of 11 kinds of coumarins, the main ingredient Oxypeucedanin, Imperatorin, isoimperatorin, and the relative content of 10.23%, respectively, 6.58% and 5.16 %. Conclusions The study is valid for parts of Sichuan Angelica coumarin contained in the chemical composition of the clinical efficacy and relevance of research to provide experimental evidence.
