Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 cases confirmed by clinical and pathological tuberculous peritonitis CT. Results ⑴ ascites in 21 cases, 17 cases showed high-density ascites (CT valuesgt; 20HU), 4 cases showed low-density ascites, a small amount of 11 cases, in the amount of 7 cases, a large number of 3 cases, ⑵ smooth wall thickening of peritoneum in 15 cases, 3 cases of mild irregular thickening of the enhanced scan with enhancement ⑶ mesenteric changes in 26 cases, showed mesangial thickening into a group, nodular, flaked or “tainted” shape change, ⑷ 19 cases of omental changes, manifested as pie thickened, nodular or “stain “shape change, ⑸ with abdominal lymph nodes in 8 cases, 5 cases of ring enhancement, no enhancement in 3 cases. Conclusion stain peritoneal thickening and small, in the amount of high-density ascites, tuberculous peritonitis common CT manifestations, differential diagnosis Identification and malignant peritonitis. Methods CT findings of 26 cases with tuberculous peritonitis (TBP) proved pathologically and clinically, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The CT findings: ⑴ Ascites (n = 21), hyperdense peritoneal effusion (n = 17 CT valuegt; 20HU); ⑵ Thickened parietal peritoneum, smoothly (n = 15), and irregularly (n = 3). parietal peritoneum enhencement after contrast injection; ⑶ Thickened mesentery with nodular or smudged shadows (n = 26); ⑷ Thickened greater omental (n = 19); ⑸ Lymph nodes enlargement of peritoneal cavity (n = 8), no obvious chang (n = 3).
