Materials and Methods: 15 patients with resistant acute myeloid leukemia (AML), 5 previously untreated AML study by flow cytometry (FCM) detection of intracellular DNR fluorescence intensity divided into levels according to their strong and weak resistance to dispensing area and the sensitivity zone, its histogram peak left (LSMP) diagnosed as drug-resistant; histogram shifted to the right (RSMP) diagnosed as drug sensitivity. Resistance index (DRI), the R / S (R for drug-resistant cells, S cells for drug sensitivity) ≥ 2 for the resistance, amp;quot;2 for sensitivity. Fluorescence index (FI) = amp;quot;pingamp;quot; both fluorescence intensity * DRI, FI ≥ 200 for drug-resistant, FI amp;lt;200 for drug susceptibility. Results: The five cases of newly diagnosed AML, 4 cases were RSMP, DRI = amp;quot;0.23 ~amp;quot; 1.13, FI = amp;quot;50 ~amp;quot; 160, diagnosis of susceptibility; the other with LSMP, RI = amp;quot;3.60,amp;quot; FI = amp;quot;367 , amp;quot;diagnosis of primary drug resistance. 15 patients with resistant AML, 12 cases were LSMP, DRI = amp;quot;2.59 ~amp;quot; 17.72, FI = amp;quot;265 ~amp;quot; 1041, diagnosed as classical resistance; the remaining 3 cases were RSMP, DRI = amp;quot;0.39 ~amp;quot; 0.67, FI = amp;quot;57 ~amp;quot; 83, diagnosed as regenerative resistance.
