Materials and Methods: To establish a mouse Crowe’s (S180) sarcoma animal model, tumor-bearing mice were divided into Didangtang cut side of high, medium and low-dose group, continuously fed 10d, at the same time set the negative control group and normal group to observe the inhibitory rate. Results: Didangtang high, medium and low-dose group tumor weight of mice with tumor inhibition rates were 56.25%, 36.51% and 18.42%, compared with the negative control group were significantly different, especially in high-dose group was obvious; CD 4T lymphocyte count, CD 8T volume and CD 4/CD 8 lymphocyte ratio and the negative control group were significantly higher, especially in high-dose group most obvious. Conclusion: CD can only arrive when the Tang S180 tumor-bearing mice inhibited tumor growth, and can ease and improve the S180 tumor-bearing mice with low immunity and immune disorders state Didangtang of the Conference side effect of high-dose group the best.
