Methods: SD rats were 6 normal control group, 18 diabetic SD rats were randomly divided into WIR 0 group (warm ischemia time 0min, n = 6), WIR 15 (warm ischemia time of 15min, n = 6), and WIR 30 (warm ischemia time of 30min, n = 6). WIR 0 group, WIR 15 group and WIR 30 groups underwent pancreas transplantation. Observations of each group before and after reperfusion blood glucose, 2h after reperfusion, serum levels of TNFα and NO transplanted pancreas tissue SOD, MPO, and MDA content, histological changes and cell apoptosis. Results: (1) WIR 0 group and WIR 15 group compared with a fall of blood glucose before reperfusion after reperfusion WIR 15 group and the WIR 30 group than in WIR 0 group, WIR 30 group than in the high blood glucose WIR 15. (2) after reperfusion WIR 0 group, WIR 15 group and WIR 30 group than in the control group, WIR 15 group and WIR 30 compared with WIR 0 group, WIR 30 serum levels of TNFα compared with WIR 15 high levels, NO content is low. (3) after reperfusion WIR 0 group and WIR 15 group and WIR 30 group than in the control group, WIR 15 group and WIR 30 group than in WIR 0 group and the control group, WIR 30 group than in the control group WIR 15 pancreatic tissue SOD low activity, MDA content in the high, MPO activity in the high. (4) after reperfusion 2hWIR 0 group and WIR 15 group and WIR 30 group than in the control group, WIR 15 group than in the apoptotic index of high-WIR 0. (5) WIR 30 Section for the most serious injury of pancreatic pathology. Conclusion: Ischemia-reperfusion injury in transplanted pancreas may lead to apoptosis; 180min in the cold ischemic conditions, the rat pancreas for the maximum tolerated warm ischemia time was 15min.
