Shenzhen is in the forefront of the pearl river delta, it is the tie and bridge linking Hong Kong and mainland China, is an important transport hub in south China coastal. Such a city has a superior geographical location, dc, the foreign trade has a very convenient conditions. Foreign trade refers to a region of goods, services and technology input and output activities. It is the lifeblood of the economy of a region, it can promote the communication of a region and other regions, promoting the communication technology and capital. Facing the complex situation at home and abroad nowadays, the structure of foreign trade is faced with great challenge. This paper focuses on some of the foreign trade development history and status quo of shenzhen were analyzed, and use some actual data, and through the data found that some of the existing law of foreign trade, find out some factors that affect the structure of foreign trade in shenzhen and the existing problems, and find out the cause of the formation problem.
