Methods 38 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, both intrathoracic anastomotic leakage , 18 patients were treated with FG fistula closure by endoscopy for treatment, 20 cases of conservative treatment. Results In the observation group, the average healing time was 41 + -8 days in the control group, the average healing time was 58 + -6 days healing time between the two groups There was a significant (p lt;0.05). Conclusion compared with conventional conservative treatment, endoscopic treatment of fistula closure FG with less trauma and rapid closure of accurate, simple, low cost, good effects, suitable for clinical application.
