[Method] in January 2005 ~ December 2005, in the endoscope-assisted transforaminal lumbar interbody approach OK fusion, pedicle screw reduction and internal fixation treatment of a single segment in patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis 17 cases. 10 males and 7 females; aged 35 to 68 years old, with an average 47.6 years of age. L4 vertebral body spondylolisthesis in 11 cases, L5 vertebral body spondylolisthesis, 6; under Meyerding slip Category: Ⅰ degree of spondylolisthesis in 10 cases, Ⅱ degree of spondylolisthesis in 7 cases. Accompanied by L4, 5 disc herniation in 7 cases, 5 cases of spinal stenosis, L5S1 disc herniation in 4 cases. [Results] 17 patients with successful surgery, mean operative time was 160 min; intraoperative blood loss averaged 120 ml; the average hospital stay was 8 d; no nerve damage, no transfer open surgery. Peri-operative intervertebral infection occurred in 1 case. 17 patients were followed up for 12 ~ 24 months, an average of 16.2 months. Fusion rate of 100%. The mean preoperative ODI score of 48.3%, after 3-month average was 16.5%, after 6 months an average of 14.0% excellent and good rate of 97.5%. [Conclusion] The endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion approach for treatment of degenerative spondylolisthesis, a short incision, less trauma, less bleeding, rapid postoperative recovery, the clinical results were satisfactory.
