Methods Retrospective analysis of 3 cases in our hospital endotracheal tube airway granuloma complicated by the production and treatment process. Results 3 patients were using a palliative method, RF method and stent method, satisfactory results were achieved. Results The methods of palliation, radiofrequency and stenting were used respectively on 3 patients and the results were satisfactory.Conclusion Interventional therapy is the best treatment for the disease. Palliative treatment can be used if necessary.Prevention is of most importance to reduce the incidence of the disease.
