Methods: Retrospective analysis of 9 cases TCCF the clinical data. 9 cases were characterized by cerebral digital subtraction angiography (DSA) a clear diagnosis, a simple detachable balloon embolization in 7 cases, detachable balloon and Guglielmi detachable coils (GDC) embolization 1 case, GDC embolism in 1 case. Postoperative angiography observe whether fistula occlusion, and to observe changes in clinical symptoms and signs. Results: All patients were successful endovascular embolization by DSA review See all fistula were occluded, no contrast agent leakage into the cavernous sinus, Meta proves to be healed.
