Conclusion comprehensive consideration of various indicators in order to mannitol as adjunct best prepared Salvia particles. MethodsDanshen granules were evaluated by moisture absorption rate, flowibility, particle size distribution and friability. ResultsThe particles containing mannitol were better than those with granulac200, starch, MCC, dextrin in moisture absorption rate, flowibility, particle size distribution and friability. ConclusionMannitol is the best excipient among the five excipients in preparation of Danshen Granules.
