Immunohistochemical SP method detected 40 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and FAP expression of TGF 1, combined with clinical stage and pathologic grade were analyzed. Results 40 cases of interstitial lung cancer in FAP expression was 90% and no expression in normal lung tissue; FAP expression and clinical stage of lung cancer, and histological grade. 40 cases of adenocarcinoma of the lung expression of TGF 1 positive rate of 87.5%, and its expression with clinical stage and pathological grade. FAP and TGF 1 expression were positively correlated. Conclusion The interaction of FAP and TGF 1 in the lung cancer and promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion, and its degree of malignancy, clinical stage, the joint detection of lung cancer can help determine the degree of malignancy and the prognosis and the development of comprehensive treatment programs .
