 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 FLIP NF-κB in gastric carcinoma and its correlation Abstract [Objective] FLIP, NF-κB in gastric cancer and precancerous lesions in the expression and relationship between the two. [Method] using immunohistochemistry SP method detected FLIP, NF-κB in 45 cases of gastric cancer and 60 cases of precancerous lesions in the expression. [Results] gastric FLIP, NF-κB protein expression were 82.2% (37/45), 62.2% (28/45), intestinal metaplasia was significantly higher than 30.0% (9 / 30), 23.3% (7 / 30) (P lt;0.01), and dysplasia 40.0% (12/30), 33.3% (10/30) (P lt;0.01). FLIP expression and clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer correlated with tumor differentiation was no significant correlation; NF-κB expression and degree of differentiation of gastric cancer, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P lt;0.05). NF-κB and FLIP was positively correlated (r = 0.52, P lt;0.05). [Conclusion] FLIP and abnormal expression of NF-κB and the development and prognosis of gastric cancer are closely related; NF-κB and FLIP in gastric cancer formation may play a synergistic effect.
