Transplantation of early aGVHD occurrence of the Tc1 group of donor cell ratio significantly higher than those without aGVHD group. After mobilization of the proportion of high-Tc2 group, its recipients, the incidence of severe aGVHD was significantly lower than the proportion of low Tc2 group (respectively 20.0% and 77.8%). Conclusion: G-CSF mobilized peripheral blood donors so that I-T cell ratio increased after mobilization and transplantation of a high percentage of Tc1 cells in the early aGVHD were found, Tc2 ratio and the incidence of moderate to severe aGVHD negative correlation.
