Methods: 12 cases of children with high-frequency ultrasound sternocleidomastoid mass performance, understanding tumor size, internal echo and blood flow signals and compare the observed contralateral sternocleidomastoid. Results: High frequency ultrasound can show a clear mass within the sternocleidomastoid muscle, the muscle within the texture, some visible point-like blood flow, ultrasound images and the healthy side is significantly different. Conclusion: High frequency ultrasound in children with congenital muscular torticollis is an effective method of diagnosis of congenital muscular torticollis, treatment and outcome and prognosis have important guiding significance.
