The average recovery was 99.7% and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 1.0% (n = 6). [Conclusion] This method was simple and accurate and proper, which could be provided for scientific quantitative analysis method of Radix et Rhizoma glycyrrhizae in Sijunzi Keli and the reduplication of the result was good.
