Methods Samples were analyzed on Hypersil ODS 2 column (4.6 mm 250 mm, 5 m). The mobile phase consisted of methanol water (60:40) . The detection wavelength was 285 nm and the flow rate 1.0 mL min-1. Results The detection limit of aniracetam was 0.21ng, and the principal components could be well separated from the impurities.Conclusion This method was suitable for the quality control of aniracetam dispersible tablets.
