Identification of P504S and p63 in benign and malignant lesions by prostate

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 9 Identification of P504S and p63 in benign and malignant lesions by prostate [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the P504S and p63 in benign and malignant prostatic disease in the differential diagnosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect 105 cases of prostate biopsy and transurethral biopsy specimens, of which 40 cases of transurethral resection specimens . Results: 20 patients with prostate cancer showed a positive expression of P504S, 15 patients with high grade intraepithelial neoplasia, 12 cases were positive, 20 cases of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia and 50 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia were not reflected in its .20 in the expression of prostate cancer showed no p63 expression, 15 cases of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia in 4 cases were positive, 20 cases of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia showed a positive expression, 50 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia 44 patients with positive expression. Conclusion: Detection of prostate lesions in the expression of P504S and p63, in differentiating benign and malignant lesions of the prostate is very helpful. Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of P504S and p63 in105 prostate needle biopsy samples, 40 prostate specimens which were excised transurethra. Results: The positive expression of P504S was observed in 20 prostate carcinomas and 12 high grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias (HGPIN). No expression was observed in 20 low grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias (LGPIN) and 50 benign prostatic hyperplasia specimens. The positive expression of p63 was observed in 4 HGPIN, 20 LGPIN and all 50 benign prostatic hyperplasia specimens. No expression was observed in 20 prostate carcinomas. Conclusion: To detect the expressions of P504S an
