Method against clinical isolates of three imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, using KB disk diffusion method (CLSI / NCCLS 2004 annual standard) for drug susceptibility testing, three-dimensional test for detection ESBLs and AmpC enzymes, PCR detected by TEM , SHV, PER, VEB, AmpC, IMP, VIM, OXA  23 and OXA  24 and other 9 kinds of drug-resistant genotypes, PCR positive products for gene sequencing resulted in the GenBank gene pool than in the analysis. The results of three Acinetobacter baumannii as a multi-drug resistant strains, three-dimensional test were produced ESBLs, 1 strains AmpC enzymes, drug resistance genotyping three TEM-positive, 2 PER-positive, 2 AmpC-positive and SHV, VEB and the IMP, VIM, OXA  24-type, etc. were negative; 3 OXA  23 type were positive; another 27 pairs of imipenem-sensitive Acinetobacter baumannii IMP, VIM, OXA  23 and OXA  24-type detection The results were negative. Conclusion imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii carrying TEM, PER, non-inducible AmpC enzyme, OXA  23-type carbapenemase genes, producing OXA  23-type carbapenemase is the main resistance mechanisms.
