 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 13 In sporadic colorectal cancer protein expression of hMLH1 [Abstract] Objective: To determine the mismatch repair gene hMLH1 in sporadic colorectal cancer (CRC) in the protein expression changes in the organization to analyze its pathogenesis in sporadic CRC in the role, and to assess its possible clinical significance. Methods: The PV-6000 2-step immunohistochemical staining technique on 60 cases of sporadic CRC expression in paraffin sections for detection of hMLH1. Results: 60 cases of sporadic CRC hMLH1 expression in 11 cases of deletion (18.3%, 11/60), hMLH1 expression and lack of patient’s age, tumor location, histological type and degree of differentiation is closely related (P amp;lt;0.05 or P amp;lt;0.01), while the and patient sex, tumor gross type, tumor size, invasive depth, lymph node and distant metastasis and Dukes stage in patients with no significant correlation (Pamp;gt; 0.05). Conclusion: a certain proportion of sporadic CRC in the presence of MMR gene defects, and has a relatively unique clinical and pathological features.
