Methods Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Life Events Scale (LES) Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) questionnaire was given in Chinese polysomnography 60 cases of refractory insomnia scores before and after treatment. Results of depression negative events, the Pittsburgh Sleep parameters, polysomnography scores were significantly higher than before treatment after treatment P lt;0.01. Conclusions refractory depression insomnia patients have significant personality with negative life events related to nursing effect is obvious.
