Are reported below. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information selection in June 2003 to 200 years in October the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine admitted to 31 acute or chronic appendicitis complicated with benign gallbladder disease, of whom 13 cases of male, female 18 cases, aged 18 to 77 years. The average age (40.02 ± 2.42) years of age. Among them, acute appendicitis with chronic calculous cholecystitis in 8 cases (1 case history of patients with previous cesarean section), chronic appendicitis combined with acute onset of chronic calculous cholecystitis, 3 cases of chronic appendicitis, gallbladder polyps in 1 case combined with acute calculous gallbladder inflammation and acute appendicitis in 1 case. Chronic calculous cholecystitis have a history of repeated episodes of right upper quadrant pain, and were diagnosed by the history of B-. One cases of gallbladder polyps when the B-for the medical examination found that many followed up after the diagnosis. Simultaneous cases of acute cholecystitis and appendicitis were followed up in the type II diabetes, age 77 years. Chronic appendicitis patients had a history of appendicitis attack line of infusion therapy.
