成都理工大学工程技术学院毕业论文 旅游意外险中常见问题及对策浅析 作者姓名： 专业名称：旅游管理  摘要 旅游保险对于旅游的意义莫过于分散和转移风险，其对于旅游业的可持续发展具有积极的促进作用。尽管如此，作为一种特殊性的无形商品，旅游保险产品被消费者认知并接受仍受到诸多因素的影响。 本文通过对大量文献资料的研究分析，并通过理论研究与分析研究相结合的方法，探讨影响我国旅游意外险消费的发展现状，并从三个方面给出建议，一是强化对旅游消费者的教育引导；二是强化对旅游意外险消费者产品需求点的契合；三是强化对旅游意外险消费环境的整体营造。本文的撰写以期待使得我国的旅游业、保险业以及旅游保险发展的品牌价值得以提升，从而对我国经济发展起到促进作用。 关键词：旅游意外险 问题 对策  Abstract Tourism insurance for tourism significance is dispersed and the transfer of risk, has a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of the tourism industry. Nevertheless, as a special kind of intangible goods, travel insurance products are consumer awareness and accept is affected by many factors. In this paper, through the analysis of a large number of documents, and combining the theory research and analysis, explore the impact of the current development of Chinas tourism insurance consumption, and gives suggestions from three aspects, one is to strengthen the tourism consumer education guide; two is fit for strong travel accident insurance consumer demand for products the three is to strengthen the construction of the whole; travel accident insurance consumption environment. The writing of this paper in the hope of making Chinas tourism industry, the insurance industry and the development of travel insurance brand value can be improved, so as to promote Chinas economic development.
