 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 35 JIU JIANG UNIVERSITY 毕 业 论 文 题 目专用镗孔机床的PLC控制系统设计 英文题目 Special of the boring machine control system 院 系 电子工程学院 专 业 自动化 姓 名 余长发 班级学号 电A1231（19） 指导教师 蔡苗苗 二 零一五 年 十二月 摘 要 近年来，随着自动化程度的提高,可编程控制器技术得到飞速发展，世界各地的生产厂家也不断的推出了许多具有强大功能的新型PLC。经过四十多年的 发展由原先的一位机发展到现在的32位机并64位机发展。通信技术的发展使PLC处理信号的能力加强，实现多处理器多通道的处理。现如今PLC技术日臻成熟，硬件和软件都得到提升，性能面更优，生产成本降低,可靠性更高,编程更加灵活故障检测也更加的先进准确。远程I / O和通信网络、数据处理和图像显示的发展,使PLC在工业生产过程控制方面越来越重要,占据的市场份额越来越多，由1993年的46%增长到2005年的57%。 镗床是一种精密加工机床，主要用于加工孔。组合机床是专门用来加工大量同一工件的专用加工设备，专用镗床由三相异步电机拖动，电机型号Y100L-6型（1.5KW，4A），单向运转。操作员必须掌握其加工工艺流程，进给系统采用液压，为提高工效进给有快进和工进两种且自动变换，由液压电机和电磁阀YV1-YV4控制变换。液压泵电机为Y801-2（750W，1.9A）。设计PLC硬件采用的型号是S7-200。 关键字：镗床；硬件；软件；PLC Abstract In recent years, with the improvement of automation, programmable logic controller technology has rapid development, the manufacturers all over the world has launched many powerful features of the new type of PLC.After forty years of development, by the original 1bit to the 32 bit and 64 bit. communication technology make to the PLC strengthen signal . Now,PLC technology more mature, hardware and software are improved, better performance level, reduce the production cost, higher reliability, programming is more flexible fault detection is more advanced and accurate. The remote I/O and communication network, the development of data processing and image display, the PLC is more and more important in industrial production process control, occupy the market share of more and more, from 46% growth in 1993 to 57% in 2005. Boring machine is a kind of precision machine , it is mainly used for machining holes.Combination machine is specially used for processing a lot of the same workpiece dedicated processing equipment machinery mode
