1 Analysis of Medical Dispute
Many reasons for medical dispute, summarized as follows: the attitude: Some medical personnel to use the service Taboo, answer questions simple, blunt, did not pay attention to way, tone, lack of compassion. medical expenses: The patient that medical fees are unreasonable, for Some projects do not understand the charges, suspected of nurses cost more in mind or wrong mind. lack of communication: nurses lack communication skills, spontaneity, can not meet the psychological demands of patients. Business Technology: Business unskilled, new treatment equipment, equipment performance is not familiar with the improper use. patients do not understand: Because of medical reasons can not resist the accident, the patient medical service requirements and expectations are high, the occurrence of unsatisfactory, the patient does not understand. legal concepts: the nurse a sense of law, neglect the patient’s rights, individual responsibility of nurses is not strong, not serious working attitude. lack of nursing records: as a result of negligence, omission occurred, records were incomplete and so on.
