METHODS: The SD rats were divided into normal group, model group and a cobalt-amine group, pre-production 14 d after sciatic nerve injury animal models, respectively, after preparation of the model 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 5 d, 7 d in each group extracted L1-5 dorsal root ganglia, immunohistochemistry calculated Bcl 2, Bax-positive cells number.
