Clinical data 1 General Information of this group 24 cases, 15 cases of males and 9 females; age 59 to 83 years, mean 69 years. Intertrochanteric fracture of the left side in 14 cases, the right side in 10 cases. According to AO classification, A1 type in 9 cases , A2-type 10 cases, A3 type in 5 cases. The patients, 18 patients presented with complications, including 17 cases of osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, 10 cases, 9 cases of chronic bronchitis, 10 cases of hypertension, diabetes, 3 cases , the operations were in the hospital 3 to 5 days after.
