Methods From January 2005 to October 2009 57 patients were treated minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after analysis of the clinical data . Results of 57 cases, no deaths due to economic reasons, 4 patients discharged, 20 patients returned to normal life and work, live independently in 18 cases, 14 cases of life can not take care of themselves, and 1 case of plant survival. Conclusion effective hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage control of blood pressure is one of the keys to prevent further bleeding. intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery in patients with effective blood pressure control, complications, and timely treatment can reduce mortality and morbidity of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
