[Abstract] Objective To investigate the minimally invasive surgery combined with urokinase in the treatment of intracranial hematoma and subdural effusion and its unique clinical effects of the advantages of minimally invasive surgery to improve the understanding of. 1 Materials and Methods
1.1 General information on a total of 130 cases of this group of patients, male 87 cases, 43 females; age from 14 to 83 years of age; blood loss was 20 ~ 200ml.130 patients underwent head CT or head MR examination, 18 cases of acute epidural hematoma, many accompanied by skull fracture; sub-acute and chronic subdural hematoma were 45 cases of which 12 cases were bilateral; intracerebral hematoma in 29 cases; 17 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage; acute traumatic subdural effusion in 21 cases.
