Methods using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry of 13 elements in Morinda content and boiled dissolution rate, and analysis of decoction of nine kinds of elements in soluble state and suspended-state n-octanol  water extraction system, alcohol-soluble state and water soluble. The results in the content of Morinda followed by more elements Mn, Fe, Zn, Pb, and Cu and so on. Element dissolution rate does not depend on the size of the total elements in medicinal herbs. In the water decoction of nine kinds of elements, Se, Mn and Co with mainly soluble, with the balance suspended, mostly; Se, Fe, Pb, and intestinal fluid acidity of Cu, Cd higher levels of alcohol-soluble state and the rest a low level of alcohol-soluble state, the acidity affect the value of the elements Kwo. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP  MS) analysis a good linearity, high precision and good reliability. Conclusion Morinda officinalis contains a variety of life’s elements. Element dissolution rates are largely determined by its presence in the form of herbal medicine. Decoction, the element soluble state and suspended state distribution may be related to existing forms and fried, material properties related; elements of alcohol-soluble state and the distribution of water soluble should be combined with the element composition and the stability of the combination.
