 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 7 Neoadjuvant treatment of prostate cancer clinical analysis LIU Ding-yi 1, TANG Qi 1, WANG Jian 1, Wang Ming-Wei 2, LIU Shi-Xiong 2, Zhou Long 2, Zhu Yu 【Abstract】 Objective 32 cases of prostate cancer neoadjuvant (NHT) role. 32 cases of prostate cancer patients, 17 cases of medical castration, surgical castration in 15 cases, and joint anti-androgen treatment for 3 months, the statistics before and after NHT prostate cancer volume, tumor size, PSA, FSH, LH and testosterone level changes. Results group 2 after NHT significantly smaller prostate volume, tumor smaller, soft, or even disappear, PSA and testosterone decreased significantly, drug ovariectomized testosterone levels in retropubic radical prostatectomy (RRP) after 2 ~ 3 months, return to normal, while surgical castration group was the continuing low level of testosterone after RRP. Conclusion NHT can significantly reduce prostate volume and lower PSA, is conducive to surgical operation. Of drugs on endocrine castration is reversible, and irreversible changes in endocrine surgical castration. Keywords: Prostate cancer; cancer; a new adjuvant therapy 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the therapeutic effect of neoadjuvant hormonal therapy for prostate cancer in 32 cases.Methods Medical castration was used in 17cases, other 15 patients received surgical castration.reafter, all patients had anti-androgen therapy for 3 months.Then we observed the changes of prostate volume, tumor capacity, PSA, FSH, LH and testosterone level.Results After NHT the prostate became smaller, the tumor got softer and even disappeared in both groups.The PSA and testosterone level also decreased.In medical castration group , the testosterone become normally after 2 ~ 3 months of RRP.Though in surgical group, the testosterone level was low.Conclusion NHT could decrease the cancer capacity and PSA level so as to profit the operation.The influence of medical castration to the endocrine secre
