 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 15 Observation of 30 cases of primary brain stem hemorrhage and the effects of nursing [Abstract] Objective To investigate the condition of primary brain stem hemorrhage observation, care and effects and prognosis, to enhance and strengthen the need for acute-related care. Methods regression analysis of 30 cases of acute primary brain stem hemorrhage indicators of clinical observation, brain stem function score, hypothermia treatment and related nursing intervention and prognosis. Results 30 cases of brain stem hemorrhage in patients with hypertension after 6 months according to Glasgow Outcome Classification (GOS) score, good in 2 cases, moderate disability, 5 cases of severe disability in 7 cases, the survival of plants in 4 cases, 12 patients died. Conclusions Early and dynamic observation of the condition, scoring, effective control of blood pressure, mild hypothermia and ventilator-assisted breathing, prevention of complications and help improve the prognosis of patients with primary brain stem hemorrhage and reduce mortality and disability rates.
