Methods established in vitro model of endometrial, were treated with different concentrations of IL-1β and leptin to intervene, using semi-quantitative RT-PCR method for detection of ICAM-1 and MMP9 mRNA expression changes. The results were treated with different concentrations of IL-1β and leptin after intervention (0.1ng/ml the exception of IL-1β), ICAM-1, MMP9 mRNA expression was increased compared with the control group, and with the concentration increased, the expression was increased trend. Conclusions different concentrations of IL-1β and leptin can promote endometrial ICAM-1, MMP9 mRNA expression, and thus for the embryo implantation are well prepared.
