Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 1997 to 2007 175 cases of clinical data of patients with HIE, of which 89 cases were followed-up and CT review. Results: CT diagnosis of 175 cases of HIE patients, 32 normal, 44 patients with mild HIE, 52 patients with moderate HIE, 47 patients with severe HIE; 89 Li reviewed 65 cases of patients with brain atrophy, 51 cases of cerebral softening, 21 cases of cerebral plot water, 8 cases of cerebral calcification, 11 patients with no obvious abnormalities.
