Immunohistochemical SP method detected Id-1 protein in 15 cases of chronic cervicitis, 17 cases of CIN Ⅰ, 25 例 CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and 79 cases of cervical cancer tissue; using real time quantitative RT-PCR detected Id-1 mRNA in 10 cases of chronic cervicitis, 8 cases of CIN Ⅰ, 9 例 CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and 8 cases of cervical carcinoma. Results of chronic cervicitis, CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ, cervical cancer tissues the expression of Id-1 protein positive rate gradually increasing trend (P lt;0.01), respectively, 0,11.8%, 40.0%, 74.7%; CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and cervical cancer tissues relative Id-1 mRNA expression were 1.34 times more chronic cervicitis tissues , 3.42 fold and 10.37-fold increase with the degree of cervical change the expression of Id-1 gene increased (P lt;0.05). Conclusion With the increasing degree of cervical change, Id-1 expression gradually increased, indicating that Id-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer mechanism.
