Methods The immunohistochemical SP method in 39 cases of CIN, 24 cases of invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue for detection of p16INK4A and bcl  2. The results of normal cervical tissue did not express p16INK4A, CIN Ⅰ low rate of positive expression for the focal expression, but almost all of the CIN Ⅱ / Ⅲ and invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma were filled with a large number of expression of p16INK4A. Normal cervical tissue expressed only the basal cell layer of bcl  2 protein, CIN Ⅲ and Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ stage carcinoma bcl  2 positive cells in diffuse distribution, the positive expression rates were 53.8% and 57.1%. Stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ carcinoma bcl  2 positive rate of decline in positive cells were limited.
