Methods The immunohistochemical SP method, in 13 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and normal period, 20 cases of simple hyperplasia, complex hyperplasia in 22 cases (including 11 cases of atypical hyperplasia) and 38 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma detected in p73, PTEN and Ki  67 protein expression.
