 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5 Parenteral nutrition adding L-arginine L-glutamine on gastric cancer after C3 C4 CRP of [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the combined application of L-arginine (Arg) and glutamine (Glu) of parenteral nutrition (PN) in patients with gastric cancer after radical resection C3, C4, C  reactive protein (CRP) effects. Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided equally four groups: Arg group, Glu group, Arg Glu group and the conventional group (Rou group). Starting 1 d after the first row of each group were given PN support for 7 d, are such as nitrogen heat. After Arg Glu group of gastrointestinal function recovery time is short, exhaust time, the difference compared with the other 3 groups was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion Arg Glu than single Arg or Glu enhanced PN can reduce the stress response after radical resection of gastric cancer patients.
